After your subscription process is complete, the next step is to set up EZproxy to automatically access Social Explorer resources. EZproxy is a customizable middleware program that provides access to your library's licensed content for your remote library users simply and effectively by facilitating a single sign-in using existing library-issued credentials or username and password.
Enabling EZproxy
To set up EZproxy, you will need:
- The IP address of the ez-proxy server needs to be on the list of IP addresses in our system.
- The EZ-Proxy stanza needs to be present in the ezproxy.cfg file as specified below:
