Social Explorer allows you to download reports in Microsoft Excel format quickly and easily.

Note: We place a limit of 1 million data cells on Excel exports. This is due to the limitations of Excel itself and the inability of any human to read a report with these many numbers, rendering it useless. For such large datasets, use the Download tab. |
1. On the Results page, select the Excel tab.

Note: You can adjust dollar values for inflation where applicable by selecting the year from the dropdown menu. |
2. Select output options you want to include in your download. You can also set the formatting options if you wish.
3. Click the icon corresponding to the Excel version you want to use.

Note: Please note the size constraints of Excel versions prior to 2007: versions prior to Excel 2007 are limited to 255 columns and 65,535 rows, per sheet. For these versions, if you select more than 255 geographies, they will be output on separate sheets. |
